These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UkraineResidence website and the services provided by UkraineResidence ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Services Provided

UkraineResidence provides legal and administrative assistance in securing Ukrainian residence permits, work permits, student visas, and company formation services. We act on your behalf to coordinate with the State Migration Service of Ukraine and other relevant authorities. Outcomes depend entirely on Ukrainian law, and we do not guarantee approvals where applicants fail to meet state requirements or provide false information.

3. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, completely authentic, and timely documentation.
• Promptly pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in your service agreement.
• Attend required in-person appointments at migration authorities when arranged.

4. Fees and Refunds

All service fees, including the $4,999 Company Formation package or flat-rate permit fees, will be outlined in a specific service contract.

• We offer a full refund for our service fees if an application is rejected solely due to an error on our part.
• No refunds are provided if an application is denied due to the client providing false information, forged documents, or failing to attend mandatory government appointments.

5. Limitation of Liability

UkraineResidence is not liable for delays caused by the State Migration Service of Ukraine, changes in Ukrainian immigration law, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
